1. License Grant

2. Permitted Uses

constitutes full and sufficient proof of ownership of the Unlimited Music Usage License.

The PayPal invoice serves as the official record identifying the purchaser.

4. Restrictions

The license holder may not:

Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the music as standalone files

Make the music available for download or extraction by third parties

Claim ownership or authorship of the music

The music must always be incorporated into a larger creative work.

5. Ownership

All music remains the intellectual property of Music2Noise.
